Hello fellow classmates, my name is Erika. I am a transfer to Huntington this semester, as a sophomore Film Production major. I am from Fort Wayne, and yes I am a commuter. It's about a 45 minute drive which actually isn't too bad of a drive....I started making videos in high school and my teacher persuaded me that Huntington would be a good fit (he himself is an alumni). My journey before Huntington started off at Ivy Tech. I took off a semester to travel, then transferred to IPFW fall of 2015 thinking I wanted to be a business major. And here I am.I am a travel enthusiast and if given the opportunity, I would travel the world. I am obsessed with the Pacific Northwest and could, possibly, live there one day. I love movies (obviously) some of my favorites being, Lord of the rings/Hobbit trilogies, Unbroken, Pearl Harbor and Pride & Prejudice, but I pretty much like any movies. I find myself in love with war era movies, which may be surprising, but I am really interested in military things. I have watched all the "behind the scenes" and "making of" for the Hobbit and Lord of the Ring trilogies, not ashamed at all.
Enough about movies, I have a rad taste in music. I am also a very quiet person until you get to know me. I love all things 70s. I enjoy everything outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, and anything that has to do with nature, I'm there. And also, I love mountains. Ok, I have probably written too much.
