Why I Enjoy Christian Movies

It seems like we like to bash on Christian Movies because of how cheesy or how unartistic, or they can be crossing a line. To finish the point I have made in class, I do believe that these movies can play a role in a ministry context. Many of these awful in an artistic way movies actually have a large following. I would agree that if the quality of these movies were to improve they would be better to watch and it seems in recent years the quality has improved. I think of such movies as Courageous that was made a few years ago to the recent movies such as Son Of God, Heaven is for Real and Do You Believe. All of these movies have helped with my ministry, it was able to have middle school boys pay more attention than someone talking in front of them. It helps to better understand the biblical teachings and relate to their own lives. I always enjoy conversations that come out of watching these movies.I think that these movies can play a role and are gaining popularity among the public. If the quality were to improve I believe they could reach a broader audience and make a more meaningful impact on culture. We Should Not Stop Making These Movies But Improve the Quality & Artistic Ability
