Why exactly is "God's not Dead" so awful?

For someone who is a Christian it is really very disappointing to see all of the awful movies that Christians eat up today. For some reason most Christians absolutely love the sappy crappy films that come from producers like Pure Flix Entertainment who shove bloated feel good narcissistic films like god is not dead down everyone's throats.
Consider this look at God's not dead. The entirety of the movie has two major points: Christians are good, and Atheists are bad. How evangelical. The problem with the film is it is making all Christians out to be passionate legitimately good hearted followers of Christ instead of the passive egotistical judgmental consumers of sin that many of us really are. The movie depicts Atheists as selfish and unhappy humans wallowing in self pity as well as only being "Atheist" because of their hate for God. Not to mention that its only solution it offers to "saving" Atheists is to hit them with a car and convince them to become Christian as they die. The movie is not reaching out to anybody. The only thing "God's not Dead" does manage to succeed with is the reinforcement of Christian's undeserved self image. This movie does not give us the strength to get past our perceived persecution in the real world it simply offers the same therapeutic service most Churches offer: making self righteous people feel better about themselves. But hey what wrong with making ourselves feel good? It's fine if you want an awful hallmark movie to make yourself feel better about your life. this movie does that very well. It should not be called a movie though. "God's not Dead" is above everything else a commercial. The entire movie is Christian propaganda. To make it worse you dont even need to figure it out for yourself because at the end of the movie you are literally told what to do. watch this clip if you haven't seen the movie. (I apologize for the quality as its awful but its the only video of this scene i could find)
