Leeper mentioned the movie Ernest and Celestine in class recently and since I remembered it, I ended up watching it. It was a beautiful movie, I loved it. It's a story about a bear, Ernest, and a little mouse, Celestine. They are both kind of ostracized from their own societies because they don't act like everyone else. Eventually they find each other and through Celestine managing to convince Ernest to let her go and to help her collect teeth, they become friends. The animation was really smooth and reminded me a lot of water color. The story was told really well and the music went along nicely. I'd really recommend this movie if you're looking to watch something new.
