The pirate film with balloons

I cannot for the life of me remember what this was called but I did manage to find an image! The pirate film with balloons was such a neat idea. The makers of the film took something that was highly entertaining and put it in an environment that made it even better while being something that would look right without a massive amount of effort. its really a good story too, the bird a devious fiend finding its way into such a fragile world is something that we know is wrong but comes across as absurd and hilarious. the medium used really brings light to the genius of the animators behind the film and how they managed to bring something complex and hilarious to life while staying simple and conserving resources.
