TV Media

There are quite a lot of people in the world that like to say they have good intentions when doing things. I believe the Christians in the television media wish to side with this intention and I believe they are most of the time, wrong. Good intentions does not mean it is suddenly ok or dismissive.
Anyone and everyone has a different sense of what "good" is and thus, when Christians in media wish to expound their "good intentions" upon the art being written, filmed, and produced is just ridiculous. They are worried about the quality and quantity when they should be more worried about whether it is actually leading others closer to Christ. Violence does not lead others away from Christ, neither does sex, drugs, homosexuality and other controversial subjects. Yes, to an extent some of said subjects should not be induced TOO much in media, but most certainly should maintain a constant impedance against the Christians with "good intentions".  Media should be a neutral ground in which promotes only that of which is an informative background. It should not disregard something as controversial, nor should it promote something of which may be controversial. That is my opinion. Right now the media is not doing a good enough job expressing to people the different ideas and viewpoints and issues that are going on in the world and the Christians with the "good intentions" are the ones most liking impeding this.
