Pokemon + Animal Crossing

I forgot about posting on Friday and Saturday so today and tomorrow I'll be putting two games in one post to make up for it. I'm sure you're all relieved I'm still planning on posting every day.

I'm going to talk about two game series that are my childhood games; Pokemon and Animal Crossing.

I remember playing Animal Crossing back on the Gamecube when I was younger and enjoying it a lot. The AC series has just a very calming and laid back feel to it. In the original ones, you moved into a town full of animals and to get to know everyone and where everything was, you worked for Tom Nook. You deliver things to the animals around town to introduce yourself. The whole game is just based around your day to day life in town and you help out the animals by delivering presents to others for them, or finding fish or a certain kind of furniture. The only change in the newst one, New Leaf, is that you're the mayor now and you can add special things like clocks or a cafe to your town.

I've always loved these games because they're so calming and they really help me to destress when things feel a little hectic. The music is something I listen to quite often when I work on homework.

Pokemon was a childhood game before I even played it. My dad had Pokemon Fire Red before I started playing video games. I've played almost every Pokemon game since then. There's just something exciting that always grabs my attention about going around and collecting these little creatures and trying to get your way to the top and be the Champion in the region that interests me.

Also I don't know what my favorite Pokemon is, as there's not many I don't like.
Except these things.

They're literally called Trubbish - they're trash pokemon.
